Watercolour and ink painting on yellowed paper of an old postcard. In the middle, slightly askew to the right is a minaret of Jaffa Great Mosque. Behind it is white cloud, otherwise the sky is blue on top of yellowed paper. On the bottom is part of the roof of the mosque. To the left of the minaret are two flying pigeons, one more to the right. A pigeon also lands or takes off from the roof. To the right is a wooden, greenish roof of a water fountain with stars and crescent and star decorations on wires. Above the roof are six pigeons sitting, and one landing. The painting is signed Michael Vokabre Jaffa Great Mosque Tel Aviv Jaffa 2026 57885 (sic!) Acre.

Below the painting, in four languages (Hebrew, and presumably French and Spanish above English) written is "Lesser Spotted Eagle, Imperial Eagle". Below written in Hebrew is "they live around fresh water and prey on birds and mammals". On the right is the logo of the printer "Palphot" and a writing "printed in Israel". Above the address area superimposed is the front of the postcard, a photo of two eagles in front of trees and a cactus to the right, the eagle on the left, the lighter larger one sits on a stump, the eagle on the right, the darker one, sits on a perch. The photo is coloured but yellowed. Above, on the left is a stamp valued at 5.50 called "Sea Mail" also from the series "International Mail from Eretz Israel", with a view of Jaffa, and an old postcard depicting a steamship. The stamp on the right is a 7.60 stamp also from the series "Mail in Eretz Israel", in the middle is a photo of a truck "Haim H Nathaniel Overland Mail Service" superimposed on an envelope "First Overland Baghdad-Haifa".
