It is a photograph "Valley Train" 1940 photographed by Rudi Weissenstein (this itself described in print above the stamp on upper right). The photo depicts a steam train on a one-track line arriving at a halt "Ashdot Yaaqov", two people standing by the track to the right, one to the left. Around are fields, a hill to the left, telegraph poles to the right. The photo is black and white. The above, valued 4ILS depicts two embroideries of rural scenes from "Palestine Textile Prints", it's from the series "embroidery in Eretz Israel". On top of the stamp is Tel Aviv Jaffa cancellation.
