[Posted: 2026-01-06 12-42 UTC±0]

Vertical painting in watercolour with ink lines. On the left is a person standing holding in her hands an early 2000s simplistic photo camera, in a blue shirt with rolled up sleeves, a simplistic digital watch, and curly red hair. She looks at the stall on the right, on the top shelf of which are boxes with artworks painted on then, and on the bottom shelf are postcard sized paintings in frames. Behind one can see other container stalls including one with football-like shirts. The painting is signed "Jaffa Port Container House" on the left, and in between the shelves "Portrait of a film camera photographer Tel Aviv Jaffa Michael Vokabre 2025 5785".

Composite scan with the painting described before. The postcard is turned 90 degrees to the left from how it's mailed, here's the description of how it looks when mailed. On the left is the painting. On the right, superimposed above where the address goes is the front of the postcard which is a drawing by Shaul Nameri signed 1990, depicting Hasan Bek Mosque from the front, in watercolour, behind is Dan Panorama hotel. Above are two stamps. The stamp on the left says "Overland Mail" and is priced 7.60, it's from the series "Mail in Eretz Israel", in the middle is a photo of a truck "Haim H Nathaniel Overland Mail Service" superimposed on an envelope "First Overland Baghdad-Haifa". Below is a top part of an old photo of one of Haifa train stations. The stamp on the right used for the postcard is the joint Israel-Georgia stamp issued to 30 years of diplomatic relations between the two. It depicts the "Umm Leisun inscription", which was found in a monastery in today's Israel. It's the oldest known example of Georgian writing.
