Vertical painting in watercolour and ink on yellowed postcard paper, a scene in Jaffa by the sea — a woman by a bicycle feeding cats standing on stone fence. The woman is on the right, wearing glasses, bicycle helmet, having a bicycle beside her. In front of her is a can of catfood with a picture of a cat on top. To the left are four cats, two on the left black with dark brown spots, one in the back is dark with light tail, and the one on the right is black-blueish. The cat on the front snuggles to the cat on the right as the woman prepares to place catfood on the stone fence. The painting is signed "Jaffa Tel Aviv Jaffa 2025 5785 Michael Vokabre" in between the stones.

On the right is a 8.50 ILS stamp from the series "International Mail From Eretz Israel" signed "Airmail" depicting a tri-engined biplane above Kinneret aka Lake Tiberias placed on top of a reprint of an old postcard with the lake Kinneret. The stamp is turned 90 degrees on the right. On the left is a stamp valued at 5.50 called "Sea Mail" also from the series "International Mail from Eretz Israel", with a view of Jaffa, and an old postcard depicting a steamship.
