Drawn in ink and watercolour on a postcard from the Historical Village of Hokkaido. The postcard was printed using historical equipment in the last year of Heisei period (2019), mailed in the first year of Reiwa period (2019 as well). The postage stamp celebrates the 45h Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights (1993).
