Drawn in ink and watercolour on a postcard with an illustration “Emotional Moment” by KATSUYA153 (@katsuya153). The seaside hills with a yellow house on top are likely to be an inspirational location for Café Alpha in Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou by Hitoshi Ashinano. The place is in Miura, a few kilometres away from Misakigushi station. The postage stamps used celebrates 45th Anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights in 1993.
